This album is dedicated to Marcia Jean Barrentine, who passed away suddenly during the recording process. This woman acted as a second mom to me and was the closest thing I've known to an angel on this earth. She was described by many as Mother Earth, as her love was all-encompassing and endlessly unconditional. The album art was made in her memory and her spirit is woven into the songs on this EP.

I also want to thank both of my incredibly supportive parents, my loving and patient partner, everyone that worked on the EP, all of the supporters who donated, and the beautiful community that I am a part of in Portland and around the globe. I want to mention and thank Sunita, Morgan, Ben, and Eliza who inspired the song 5 Birds. And the 6th bird, my grandmother Marjorie Keithley. You all are such inspirations to keep making art, and I couldn't do it without you. You live in my heart, and I love you all! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
